Job Description
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Elicit requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Requirements definition.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external parties) and the software development team through requirements flow.
- Improves processes and systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Develop requirements specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a role requiring analysis of processes, products, geographies
- Experience of process mapping tools and technologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of English language.
- Can effectively communicate business and technical information, being sensitive to the needs of unique audiences
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
