Job Brief
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Duties
- Encourage potential clients to buy and sell properties
- Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information
- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
- Take prospective buyers to see properties
- Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller
Job Requirements
- Must own a car
- Experience in selling Residential units, Resale Units and Commercial Units
- Very Good English
