Job Description

  • Carry full tasks of HRMS/HCM implementation ,
  • Consultancy and support of the HRMS modules by resolving user issues,
  • Collecting and managing business requirements and update the system based on them. Map As-Is process, understand users expectations about To-Be process,
  • Prepare & Get user approval for Functional Specifications,
  • Mapping Business Requirements to the Oracle Application,
  • Develop prototype in Test instance, Demonstrate / provide necessary training to users Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
  • On-going development of the HRMS modules.
  • Assist in other Oracle functional or technical duties as required.
  • Coordinate with Oracle DBA’s and System administrators for resolving internal technical issues.
  • Implements and tests suggestions/recommendations by Oracle in Test instance and test Custom solutions.
  • Test Custom solutions & extensions to Oracle HRMS Modules.
  • Coordinate with Oracle DBA’s & System administrators for resolving internal technical issues.
  • Train non-technical staff (i.e.end users) and prepare the documentation and user guides for the implemented solution.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM, Unit Manger
  • Should have knowledge of Data conversion strategy and Standard Interfaces in Oracle HRMS family.
  • Improve based on feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Oracle HCM modules consultant with 2 years minimum Oracle experience including R11,R12
  • Excellent Proven Experience with at least 2 of Oracle HRMS Modules
  • Knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor is a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills, Proven complete live Implementation / Migration / Support and Rollout of Oracle e-business suite (HRMS)
  • Ability to conduct sessions for data gathering, business requirements gathering, training session and pre-setup assessment.
  • Good command of spoken and written Arabic/English
  • Have a good relationship with the user to establish a proper requirements and make sure a proper implementation is in a place
  • Good understanding of Oracle delivery methodologies
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or related field of study
