Job Description

  • Responsible for managing a set of assigned accounts, in terms of meeting sales targets and strategic goals for current and new products and services.
  • Prepares and executes sales plans that meet the general division plans for her/his accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Plans and arrange to promote company products selling into the Egyptian Industrial market through direct contacts, presentations, seminars etc, while maintaining and developing the Company’s business relationship with our installed base customers through regular visits, personal contacts, technical, business and commercial support.
  • Penetrates into competition accounts to insure highest market share. Also promotes services product sales within our installed and competitors sites.
  • Coordinates with various internal and principles’ teams to ensure effective selling as well as sound/competitive proposals, clean order entry, proper order execution and timely payment.
  • Studies customer applications and enquiries to develop technical and commercial proposals that best meet customer requirements/project specifications.
  • May also conduct sizing, selection and pricing of valves and related products, their accessories and related instruments.
  • Develops and executes, with coordination with the Sales Manager and other superiors Business Development Programs aimed at expanding Entrag’s portfolio of offerings with the purpose of:
    1. Increasing business from existing customers
    2. Generating business from new customers and sectors
  • Provides periodical internal progress reports (qualitative and quantitative) to management while developing a set of KPI’s to properly measure the performance of the various parties involved in Sales Initiatives and Projects execution.
  • Acts as Project Pursuit Manager in terms of identifying, classifying, and targeting project opportunities as well as developing strong relationships with under penetrated EPC accounts.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by direct superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Sales/Business Development experience is preferred.
  • Large Customer Network and superior knowledge of the market (particularly oil & gas, petrochemical, fertilizer, and power sectors).
  • Adequate knowledge of products/applications within scope, particularly control valves.
  • Proven track record of achievements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
