Job Description
- Specify quality requirements of raw material with the suppliers.
- Ensure that manufacturing process comply with standards at both national and international level.
- Manage the inspection of raw materials, to make sure that it meets the Quality standards.
- Conduct periodic management review meetings.
- Establish new systems and procedures for quality to confront procedures for production and merchandiser to achieve their targets.
- Directing objective to maximum profitability.
- install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
- Responsible for failure of quality passed garment.
- Ensure that supplier-customer chain in maintained in the production process.
- Manage quality team.
- Train the new comers and quality employees on the latest quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering or Applied Arts.
Experience:
- From 10 to 15 with minimum 5 years at quality management
Competencies:
- Possess strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Must have well-developed communication skills.
- Excellent command in English language, German language will be preferable
