Job Description
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen & forward any incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying the receipts of supplies.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operations.
- Maintain security by following procedures & controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 0-5 years of experience in Administration.
- Presentable.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

- Real Estate Experience is preferred.
