Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen & forward any incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying the receipts of supplies.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operations.
  • Maintain security by following procedures & controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 0-5 years of experience in Administration.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Females Only.
  • Real Estate Experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
