Job Description
- Producing Mechanical & electrical shop drawings
- Producing Technical specifications
- Producing Bill of quantities
- Supervising installations onsite
- Site Inspection
- Schematic drawing
- Working on consultant specs
- Knowledge of Swimming Pool Installation, brands, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning
- Project resources planning and scheduling
- Ensuring project execution within time and budget
- Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects
- Liaising with clients and their representative
- monitoring the contract design documents
- Provide guidance l and technical support to the team
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied
- Ensure all the health and safety
