Job Description
- As the ‘face’ of PAYFORT, you’ll be responsible for engaging with the customer to fully understand and qualify their business' need.
- You will be responsible on engaging and handling new leads for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- You will be responsible for small and medium enterprises.
- Using our integrated pipeline systems you’ll be connected to potential customers across the GCC and Middle East region.
- In this way, you will have the opportunity to build and establish a network of businesses across your designated area, from which you will seek to maximize the number of leads generated.
- Whilst this is a team focused role, you will work to individual targets that will allow you to significantly increase PAYFORT’s earning potential.
Other responsibilities would include:
- Developing creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
- Pro-actively follow up on leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Working closely and attending weekly meetings with Commercial and Marketing teams to update information, discuss any issues and ensure achieving sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Fluent spoken/written English is a must.
- Previous experience of working in a contact center environment or similar sales role will is required.
- Formal email writing skills.
- Drive and enthusiasm will be the cornerstones of success in this role.
- We expect you to be a confident communicator with excellent listening and influencing skills.
- Telephone manners.
- High levels of commitment in following your activities through to completeness and be sincere, humble, open and trusted in your working relationships, representing the professionalism of the Corporate Business.
- Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external).
- High degree of accuracy and proven ability to prioritize issues.
