Job Description
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Sending out and receiving mail .
- Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Data entry
- Sending faxes
- Managing files
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Sending and receiving forms for the company
- Interface the company clients and visitors and guide them to their destination.
- Answering the phone
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Organizing the walks-ins applicants to avoid any waste of time and data
- Performing initial CV screening and HR related tests to select the appropriate candidate to be interviewed
- Review time machine and the accuracy of employee's attendance .
- Assisting for preparing interviews.
- Coordinating with all managerial departments implementing the annual performance appraisal , absence reports , sick leaves and employees business missions.
- Follow up with the buffet officer and office boy the agreed work standard .
Work Location : HQ Main Building EL-Nozha St .
Working days : from Saturday to Thursday .
Working Hours : from 9:30 to 5:30
Job Requirements
- Female
- Preferred reasonable Bachelor’s degree .
- 1-3 yrs. of experience.
- Preferred Misr ELgedida or Nasr City residents.
