Job Description

Job brief:

  • Software Support Engineers serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. They resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting for each issue. 

Software Support Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fix software Issues related to Customer reported from CS Team.
  • Use SQL to analyze and track resolutions or diagnose data issues. 
  • Code review and Technical Support to Software Users. 
  • Assist with Software Design and Development. 
  • Creating Technical documents. 
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the manager. 

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in building medium to large scale web-based applications 
  • Problem-solving, good communication and analytical skills. 
  • Troubleshooting abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C#) 
  • Ability to troubleshoot Angular and HTML issues. 
  • Familiarity with agile environments 
  • Work experience in SQL Server is Must. 
  • Good command of English language. 
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Years of experience: 2 years.
