Job Description

The role will include but not limited the following tasks:

  • Highlighting the major quality issues and recommends the workaround to maintain employer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and reporting non-adherence to the quality process.
  • Contribute to improving quality processes in all company department.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and determine the best course of actions needed
  • Improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn.
  • Introduce more and better KPIs and metrics to monitor quality.
  • Coaching team members

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Quality Standards.
  • Maximum age 28 years.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Preferably worked as Quality Call Center for at least 1 year.
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Great attention to details.
  • Perfect Communication Skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sense of judgment
  • Flexibility and ability for quick work adjustments according to business needs
  • Positive attitude, sense of Motivation and enthusiasm.
