Job Description
- Engage with product managers, analysts, marketers and developers to bring products from ideas to a compelling user experience
- Conceptualize and prototype innovative user-centric designs for products and features
- Find existing design/UI flaws and assist in addressing them
- Build and maintain a consistent visual identity throughout our products and features
- Understand target audiences' needs, tasks and goals, and translate them into visual designs that inspire users
Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI for the web and mobile
- Exceptional visual and user-centric design skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Appealing sense of UI/design elements such as colors, layout, typography, interaction
- Passionate about delivering world-class user experience
- Proficient in Adobe create suite and/or equivalent
Great pluses:
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- UX research & design
- Domain knowledge of stock markets / financial services
- Proficiency in quick prototyping (paper or digital)
- Experience in product design and market research
