Job Description
- Direct and coordinate management team about 200 workforce and 6 production line for gypsum and plaster
- Instituting policies and procedures, training supervisors and administrators, maintaining a production
- Schedule, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.
- Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
- Maintain monthly fixed cost and variable cost with in the budget.
- Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.
- Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
Job Requirements
- Faculty : Bachelor of Engineering
- Experience : 8 years ( at least three on production )
