- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
- Conduct training programs assessments and performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in material design and training programs evaluation preferably in a training provider company.
- Excellent command of written & verbal English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office tools.
