Job Description

  • Assist in setting appointments, organizing Agenda of the company owner.
  • Answering calls and requests.
  • Writing correspondences and emails.
  • Prepare administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance.
  • Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
  • Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Age not more than 35
  • At least 3 Years of Experience with a relevant experience.
  • Excellent in using computer program - MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Very Good command of English Language (understanding - writing spoken).
