Job Description
- Assist in setting appointments, organizing Agenda of the company owner.
- Answering calls and requests.
- Writing correspondences and emails.
- Prepare administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance.
- Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
- Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

- At least 3 Years of Experience with a relevant experience.
- Excellent in using computer program - MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Very Good command of English Language (understanding - writing spoken).
