Job Description
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Queries may range between coverage questions, network location and medical questions.
- Reply with approval decision (approved or rejected) with Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…)
- Review all medical approvals & claims.
- Issuance of necessary medicines and medical approvals - surgeries - X-rays - tests that require it
- Medical solving customer problems.
Work Conditions:
- 2 days off - 9 Working Hours
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine or Pharmacy
- 1 year of experience
- Good communication, presentation and influential skills.
- Good command of the English language & computer knowledge.
- Details oriented, Time management & Team-players.
