Quality Control Supervisor

A- Duties & responsibilities

• Supervision and follow up inspectors and quality technicians across quality gates to insure inspection efficiency, data recording and separation of defects and rework.
• Lead issuance and execution of quality control plan through all processes.
• Execute required procedures to insure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and close all non-conformity    by determine corrective actions and follow up effective implementation.
• Report monthly product quality KPIs to quality manager and sharing with production.
• Issue and review the acceptance and rejection criteria and confirm it with sales and marketing team to insure matching with market requirements.
• Implement statistical analysis (7 quality tools) to determine root causes and most important effects that it resulted from data recorder by inspectors.
• Responsible of customer complaints handling system.
• Responsible of continuous improvements.
• Train inspectors and technicians on specs and continuous improvements.
• Insure packaging process is matching with customer requirements.
• Commitments to safety procedures and internal policies determined by organization and legal requirements.

B- Tools & Awareness

• Good command use of excel data base and charts
• Good command use of quality analysis tools (7 quality tools)
• Awareness of lean manufacturing tools

C- Educational Requirements

• Mechanical Production – Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of chemist
