Job Description
- The role requires an articulate, problem solver and critical thinker to assist with the delivery of customer engagement transformation projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM and XRM projects
- 1+ Successful full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Experience in Loan management systems is preferred
- Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
- Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, Silverlight, MVC, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation
- Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
- Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams
- Comfortable using Visual Studio, AzureDevOps, source control, CRM SDK, XRM Toolbox
- Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred
