- The ability to analyze customer needs related to HCM
- Ability to deal and negotiate with different levels of customer management .
- Proposing appropriate solutions for customers special cases
- Working in a team , ability to deal with different levels of employees in the company
- The possibility of preparing different level reports, as well as correspondence with clients .
- Deliver customer training , support customer at any stage of the implementation .
- Freedom of movement inside and outside the country .
Job Requirements
Prerequisites :
- Deep knowledge of HCM latest requirements
- Previous experience with international HCM ( Fusion , SAP , etc.)
- Knowledge of NetSuite is an asset
- Fluent English , French is an asset
