Job Description
Kea is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering Background who is seeking to shift his/her career to Business Management.
The candidate will be responsible for Managing Business Consulting Projects i.e. Marketing Research Projects, Business Planning Projects, Recruitment, Restructuring, Operations, HR activities, Financial Plans, ...etc. in many industries including manufacturing, construction, medical,...etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project scope
- Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed and generate progress reports, task sheets and communication charts. Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
- Support in recruiting, selection and contracting of the project consultancy team.
- Support technically in developing the customer reports and projects documents.
- Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
Job Requirements
The Applicant should be a graduate of Mechanical power Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in his/her field with a business background through extra curricular activities in university
