Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing for purchasing the property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market properties to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, assignment, closing statements etc).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, bankers and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Studying the listing (primary and resale) in terms of location, area, wind orientation, view, finish, furniture, delivery, price and payment terms.
- Generating leads from different platforms and channels such as family, friends, personal network, Facebook, linkedin, mass mailing, SMS campaigns, other brokers and cold calls.
- Adding the fresh clients for sale on the PCL in order to keep record and follow up on them on a regular basis.
- Promote sales of the properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
- Visit properties to assess their current status before showing them to clients to prepare the unique selling points and avoid surprises or hidden flaws.
- Taking clients to property site in order to show them the features and location of the house.
- Acting as an intermediate in negotiations between buyer and seller.
- Acquiring new properties for sale through friends, family, potential buyers, website, social media and brokers.
- Listing new properties for sale in the ATS including all the property and seller’s details.
- Setting and going to photoshoot the fresh properties for sale in order to advertise them on different platforms.
- Negotiating prices and other sales terms with sellers when it comes to acquiring new homes for sale relative to the market prices.
- Discussing conditions of the sale in terms of price, downpayment, installments and delivery to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.
- Explaining contracts to buyers (in primary and resale) and sellers (in resale) to conduct a transparent transaction.
- Presenting to sellers offers from buyers for consideration while considering being fair.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and bank deposits to consider while making the decision of buying.
- Documenting everything related to properties and client’s updates using different reports
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- As the ambassador for Remaal it is essential to have a passion for the job, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, with an entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- MS Office familiarity.
