Job Description

  • An Export and Import Company working at communication service at El Mohandeseen requires a female office manager
  • Handle all office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Will be using Internet research

Job Requirements

  • Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters
  • Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Bachelor degree/ Fluent English is essential representable with great flexibility and experienced at dealing with Chinese firms at exporting Mobile phones
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
