Job Description
- Assist clients with implementation and training.
- Implement and configure ERP application consulting customers.
- Train end users in specific modules of ERP application.
- Provide post-sales support as needed.
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.
- Identify, develop and integrate ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants.
- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned.
- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation.
- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.
- Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills.
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers.
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Dynamics AX Security System setup and administration.
- Previous experience in .NET, SQL and OOP.
- Previous experience in AX 2009 or 2012 and X++/ Debugger.
- AX User Tools.
- MorphX.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL database design.
- Experience developing with Microsoft .NET platform.
- Technical solution description and documentation
- Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integration and testing.
- Certification in AX programming is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner.
- Very good English written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A highly ethical & disciplined personality.
- Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision/guidance.
