Job Description
- Handle all administration tasks of the company branch in Alexandria (office rent - supplies - stationary, etc ...)
- Keep all formal and governmental documents of the company and maintain renewing them on time.
- Review the attendance sheets of employees work in Alex Branch for payroll preparation purposes.
- Deal with governmental authorities and ministries (labor Ministry - Social Insurance - Customs, etc ...)
- Purchase some logistics for the project and office as advised by the management.
- Coordinate the logistics for the new comers hired form outside Alexandria (Accommodation - Transportation - Sim cards, etc ...).
- Assist the project manager in running Alex. operations professionally and on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of relative discipline
- 5 - 7 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in dealing with Governmental authorities is a MUST
- Good command of English language
- Solid experience of using MS package
