Job Description

  • Handle all administration tasks of the company branch in Alexandria (office rent - supplies - stationary, etc ...)
  • Keep all formal and governmental documents of the company and maintain renewing them on time.
  • Review the attendance sheets of employees work in Alex Branch for payroll preparation purposes.
  • Deal with governmental authorities and ministries (labor Ministry - Social Insurance - Customs, etc ...)
  • Purchase some logistics for the project and office as advised by the management.
  • Coordinate the logistics for the new comers hired form outside Alexandria (Accommodation - Transportation - Sim cards, etc ...).
  • Assist the project manager in running Alex. operations professionally and on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of relative discipline
  • 5 - 7 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with Governmental authorities is a MUST
  • Good command of English language
  • Solid experience of using MS package
