Job Description
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Managing constraining factors such as governmental legislation, environmental impact and others.
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the Company management.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as site engineers, purchasing managers, and others.
- Specifying the requirements of the project such as the nature and quality of materials required.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Carrying out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget.
- Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering – Major Architecture
- Experience in AutoCAD,RIVET, 3D Max , Photoshop
- Very good use of Microsoft Office
- Experience more than 2 years
