Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the development and motivation of FSS staff including training and implementation of engagement surveys
- Manage the talent lifecycle for the Company (from recruitment, development, performance assessment and transition).
- Collaborate with Call Center leaders and corporate around succession planning for each function
- Ensure HR activities are handled in a timely and accurate manner, support generation of people-related metrics and HR reporting for the organization, recommend, negotiate, implement, and measure against KPIs and measurement targets, organize and manage all record retention activities and maintenance, manage and ensure compliance and application of local legal, regulatory and employment practices, manage HR business reporting strategy
- Conduct skip levels and dip check on employee morale
- Ensure employee issues are addressed
Job Requirements
- Post Graduate / Graduate with over 7 Yrs. experience in Human Resources department
- Should have a degree in HR
- Should have experience of local Labor law ensuring compliance with regards to statutory regulations
- Having in-depth insight to benefits and payroll administration
- Should have handled and experience in people management issues and has excellent command over communication both written and spoken.
- Should have experience in performance appraisal and well-versed with bell-curve and forced ranking of employees
Soft Skills:
- Should have ability to drive new processes and practices Including performance improvement plan
- Should drive employee engagement and R&R programs
- Should drive campaigns of hiring like campus interviews and roadshows for hiring
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic & English; outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively; excellent judgment, maturity, and trustworthiness; independent project management.
- Can manage detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints
- Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
