Job Description
- Managing Technical Office operations, Estimation, Design, Shop Drawing, Tendering, Quantit Surveying and Project Coordination.
- Prepare shop drawing for HVAC system.
- Prepare related Material Submitting.
- Make HVAC calculation like loads calculations, static pressure drops, hydraulic, pipe sizing, duct sizing calculation.
- Study of tendering packages (BOQ, Design Drawings, Specifications, Vendor List, contract
- requirements, Location of the project).
- Prepare queries that could be necessary for the tendering phase to clear it with client and consultant.
- Review & evaluation of technical & commercial offers for related items and coordination with sub-supplier to cover all requirements
- Making Quantity Survey for buildings.
- Prepare as-built drawings for the building system.
- Discussion with consultant to resolve conflicts and comments.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil & architecture).
- Follow up site work and provide necessary technical support.
- Follow up with procurement team and provide necessary technical support.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive technical knowledge in DX/VRV/VRF systems
- 1-3 Yrs of experience
