About the job:
- Homey Links Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling the customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints.
Main Job responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers from different countries
- Responding to customers’ enquiries in a friendly, professional and supportive way
- Handling the customers’ problems and complaints
- Reporting problems and customer’s concerns to the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1 to 4 years of working experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with equivalent talents are also welcomed to apply)
- Very Good command of English and Arabic
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Telesales experience is a plus
