About the job:

  • Homey Links Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling the customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints.

Main Job responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers from different countries
  • Responding to customers’ enquiries in a friendly, professional and supportive way
  • Handling the customers’ problems and complaints
  • Reporting problems and customer’s concerns to the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1 to 4 years of working experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with equivalent talents are also welcomed to apply)
  • Very Good command of English and Arabic
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Telesales experience is a plus
