Job Description
Main Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability in MADA Tech related portfolio. ( Supply Chain Products/ Engineering Industries Products ( Metal Work ( Cable tray management system + Steel Work ).
- Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.
- Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business
- Own all aspects of product management including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Recruit, develop, and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
- Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
- Lead cross function integration across field sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, product development & engineering. Own all aspects of key new product development initiative including portfolio development, manufacturing execution, quality, pipeline development, revenue, margin and EBITDA.
- Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering
- At least 7-10 years of successful experience in increasing responsibility in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Must have experience in Engineering Industries and Supply Chain
- Extensive product management experience in industrial products in a business to business industry
- Open to Western nationals with excellent English communication
Skills:
- Marketing Management - Has advanced knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, management and global marketing.
- Sales Management – Strong experience in meeting and exceeding targets and coming up with new sales strategies and incentives
- Developing & Implementing Marketing Strategy – has extensive experience and proven success in analyzing market opportunities, market segmentation and market positioning. Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into product initiatives.
