Job Description
- Assist the Embassy’s First Secretary (Administration & Consular) in office management and appointments
- Communicating with Government Organization and external parties
- Drafting official correspondence and diplomatic notes in English and Arabic
- Vehicle Fleet Record Management
- Maintenance of the office records and documents
Job Requirements
- Egyptian Nationality with a good degree from a recognized university
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Adept in translation from Arabic to English and vice-versa
- Able to work in a team
- Competent in IT
- Willing to work additional hours if required
- Possesses strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
