Job Description
- Performing the action plans of maintenance (preventive and corrective maintenance).
- Working in maintaining many kinds of utility equipment like generators, compressors, HVACs and chillers.
- Maintaining forklifts in site such as mechanical ones, and electrical types .
- Maintaining and overhauling the pneumatic and air compressed systems in the process.
- Maintaining hydraulic and rotary pumps.
- Responsible for the procurement orders and the follow up of spare parts.
- Responsible for production line developments, projects and commissioning new equipment.
- Responsible for planning the scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
- Training crew members to develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Not less than five years experience in utilities.
- Pharmaceutical background.
- Talent and strong personality to lead 10 technicians.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Utilities area - equipment, operation and processes -and its importance to the overall function of the Production Division.
- In depth technical knowledge of water and gas utilities operations and processes.
- Well developed knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry business environment.
- Commercial awareness.
