Job Description
- Developing a work plan for teaching and developing the curriculum with the head of the department.
- Formulate strategic plans for the department.
- Attend regular team and Departmental meetings.
- Promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning.
- Ensure the teachers prepare for their lessons to a high standard.
- Give teachers corrective feedback and remedial procedures when needed.
Job Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and test construction.
- Minimum 10 years of educational leadership experience, including personal leadership mentoring, and training.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching the national curricula.
- Outstanding oral and written English & Arabic communication skills required.
- Process improvement orientation.
