Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create images that creatively convey a message.
  • Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms.
  • Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages.
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Create PowerPoint templates.
  • Design graphics, banners, and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format.
  • Utilizes wireframing and graphic sketches where appropriate.
  • Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective.
  • Help create guidelines and creative identities where needed.
  • Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed.
  • Proactively suggest creative content/designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Job Requirememts:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ prior experience in a digital agency or equivalent
  • Experience working on Adobe Illustration - Photoshop - InDesign
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about social media and experience using social media platforms
  • Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proactive in proposing new ideas and concepts
  • Collaborative, flexible can-do work style
  • Able to show portfolio of previous successful work
  • Possess solid understanding of design and user experience, leverage data where possible to ensure maximizing usability
  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
  • Details oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully. Quality control is key.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team (Energetic team spirit)
  • Extremely driven with a desire to develop skills regularly
