Job Description
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and responds to any ad-hoc reporting as required
- Working with Marketing Department, provides essential reporting support for marketing automation,and campaigns performance monitoring.
- Working with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis
- Responsible for keeping a clean and organized documents reference for all sales transactions.
- Responsible for sending email reminders and initiating phone calls for clients .Responsible for follow up, escalations and correction of any deviation and or delay regarding SLA agreements.
Job Requirements
- Four years relative university degree.
- Gender : Females
- 1 to 3 of administrative professional work experience (Sales Admin. is preferable).
- Advanced Excel skills are essential (Including but not limited to Pivot tables, Power Pivot and otherreporting tools).
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and in written work.
- Excellent command of English language is a must
- Residence: Preferable Mokattam or Maadi.
