We are seeking an Application Support Engineer who is highly motivated, dedicated and innovative to join our engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Issue analysis, Identification of bug and the workaround.
- Response to functional queries, Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements.
- Support ticket classification, reprioritization, user clarification, response to user queries. Ticket escalation to the next level of support.
Job Requirements
Software Application Support Engineer is now needed with the below Requirements :
- Human Resources Management System Consultant (Exp 2-5 Years)
- Project Management experience
- Unix/Linux/Windows O.S experience
- Excellent command of English reading and writing
- Graduated from English High School
- Graduated from Computer Science / Engineering University
- Ready to travel abroad
