Job Description
- Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications.
- Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals.
- Responding to queries via request ticket.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Maintenance for all Network Infrastructure and CCTV System.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
- Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Maintain an inventory of IT property and assets.
- Running reports to analyze common complains and problems.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a help desk technician (2+ year).
- Experience as a CCTV system (1+ year).
- Working Knowledge (MCSA, CCNA).
- System admin
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
