Job Description
- Prepare incoming and outgoing groups and individual programs under the supervision of the Tourism Manager.
- Online hotels reservation.
- Offline hotels reservation.
- Book train tickets worldwide.
- Book transportation worldwide.
- Prepare entry visas such as Schengen – UK – USA
- Prepare the files from A-Z (open the file, issue payment order – issue invoice – deliver the file to the financial department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Experience 5 - 8 years.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate with clients and sell the prepared offers and the corporate companies.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a MUST
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to solve any kind of problem might be facing with the clients.
