Role Description:
- Being the Subject Teacher should be able to impart / transfer the subject knowledge to students by adopting differential learning styles. Should create a free learning environment where students are encouraged to ask query and participate.
- Should keep him/herself abreast with latest development related to subject and should be ready to share subject knowledge continuously for developing/ improvement of the curriculum. Should act as a role-model to the students
Main Activities:
- Makes purposeful and appropriate lesson plans
- Lessons plans must adheres to the School’s philosophy, goals and objectives
- Demonstrating a strong grasp of subject matter
- Plan and participate in projects, experiments, field-trips, day and overnight camps
- Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods
