A sales representative is a results-driven employee who actively seek out and engage customer prospects. And will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Specifications
- Present, promote and sell our service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost, benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
