Job Description
- Performing actuarial calculations and quotations.
- Assisting in gathering data to be used for pricing cycles and valuation as well as product designing.
- Providing support for claims settlements and underwriting reserves.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals.
- Providing general actuarial support including developing and providing periodic reserve reports.
- Reviewing reserving quarterly in order to make assumption to meet expected liabilities.
- Assist in Reports provided; the monthly insurance authority report.
- Weekly Production committee report.
- Weekly Motor committee report.
- Other monthly reports to management.
- Ad hoc reports for BD, MD, COO and TMME.
- Performing any other jobs assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferable.
- Successful completion 1 to 2 actuarial exams.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to apply mathematical modeling, forecasting, statistical analysis, and actuarial techniques to product pricing and risk management issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- High flexibility and multi tasks oriented.
