The Mercedes-Benz Product Expert is responsible for :
- Becoming an expert in all Mercedes-Benz products
- Current models and technology, upcoming models and technology and over time, all previous Mercedes-Benz models and technological achievements.
- Importantly, the Mercedes-Benz Product Expert is responsible for understanding the differences, and advantages, of Mercedes-Benz products as compared to it's competitors.
