Merchant Engagement Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated Merchant Engagement Specialist who wants to join an international start-up and take on the challenge of their life! Our vision is to build the world’s best company, therefore we need to build the world’s best team.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates strategies and plans for merchant engagement.
• Assigns resources from the company to the client
• Develop processes and take steps to create a positive experience for clients
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams
• Build with the team a yearly calendar for events and activities targeting merchants.
• Create reports and tracking tools for KPIs tracking process.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to improve existing products and services.
