Job Description

  • Coordinate the organization’s daily accounting operations, end of month processes and yearly reporting requirements
  • Prepare monthly management reports for the Board and CFO
  • Responsible for Bank Accounts.
  • Prepare annual budgets including forecasting and cash flow modeling
  • Engage in ongoing cost analysis and implementation of cost reduction strategies
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Prepare a Working capital plan

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Experience with ERP System;
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required
  • Excellent English Command
  • Advanced user of MS Excel – Word
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • Accountability
