Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the client of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their client, which will vary according to the sector and to the Client's needs.
- You will be involved in customer support if requested.
- Help the client doing researches as requested.
- Help with Social Media Management and researches.
Job Requirements
- Candidates need to be well versed in the English language, as all communications will be in English only.
- Must be familiar with managing social media platforms.
- Computer skill: Excellent in Word, Excel High communication skill and a hard worker
- Attention to detail and very organized
- Location Maadi ( No transportation is provided)
- Overnight shift.
- Willing to learn new things, and being initiative.
- Can work with no or minimum supervision.
