Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the client of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their client, which will vary according to the sector and to the Client's needs.
  • You will be involved in customer support if requested.
  • Help the client doing researches as requested.
  • Help with Social Media Management and researches.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates need to be well versed in the English language, as all communications will be in English only.
  • Must be familiar with managing social media platforms.
  • Computer skill: Excellent in Word, Excel High communication skill and a hard worker
  • Attention to detail and very organized
  • Location Maadi ( No transportation is provided)
  • Overnight shift.
  • Willing to learn new things, and being initiative.
  • Can work with no or minimum supervision.
