Job Description

  • Prepare the Annual Manpower Plan
  • Handling The Recruitment Cycle for the HQ and the branches from the Request Process till The Final Selection for The Suitable Candidate
  • Develop and organize recruitment assessments for hiring purposes 
  • Handle job posting, review resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Lead the creation of recruitment plan for each open vacancy 
  • Represent the company in all HR exhibitions
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates “Competency Based Interview”, evaluate them according to the job requirements and Prepare short list with accepted candidates and provide recommendations and input to the supervisor on hiring.
  • Develop and review job descriptions and ensure they accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and job prerequisites 
  • Preparing job offers and communicating information with respective candidates

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working with major banks and/or financial institutions is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in Huge Headcount is a must.
  • Very good command of English language skills.
  • Excellent reports writing skills
