Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry
- Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
- Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
- Analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights
- Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
- Review the operational plans for facility development projects.
- Create a database for all facility development projects.
- Prepare master plans for managing all facility development projects.
- Provide distinguished studies in tenders.
- Open the field in the market on behalf of the company for facility projects.
- Study the site and solve problems and obstacles before implementation.
- Submit monthly work plans for projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, vendor manager, or any other relevant role in Facility Field
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office &ERP
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge (e.g. Facility, construction, Contracting,)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or engineering are preferable
- Effective and efficient Knowledge of project management techniques, skills, and techniques
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
