Operations Manager - Cold Store

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the efficient operation and utilization of the cold store at Orion Food Industries. The cold store has a capacity of 4500 pallets of both chilled and frozen storage, partially utilized by the company products with most of the space rented to third parties.

Description:

• Negotiate storage terms with customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
• Ensure facility hygiene is in line with international standards.
• Ensure equipment is sufficient and well maintained.
• Ensure proper training of staff.
• Optimize utilization of the cold store space.
• Provide management with the necessary reports.
